Cast your eye’s on the dream of tomorrow,
Feel the wind blow and leaves will follow,
Those particles of autumn will tornado,
Twisting, shaking and finally resting,
When gusts fade out and drizzle sets in,
The trees and plants will drink and begin,
Stock up supplies and wait until spring,
Wait for the birds to chirp and sing,
But waiting drags in icy cold,
Sleet and snow may just unfold
The new fashion, the trend of the year,
Although most days have seen those tears,
Tears from clouds, dark and dull,
Just angry sounds, clatter and thump,
Most of the year was one big dump!
Total excrete and utter crap!
Now I know why cats have naps,
Little purr and off they go,
The land of ‘Z’,
The place we know, the place we know,
Maybe we should hibernate?
Wait for spring then celebrate,
Just stock supplies and bide our time,
Lying in bed is a wonderful crime!
The time to cast those peeking eyes,
On the dream of tomorrow
