Tips On Surviving the ED Anorexia

WARNING: THIS ARTICLE IS MEANT ONLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM THE EATING DISORDER ANOREXIA. THIS IS NOT AN ARTICLE TELLING YOU HOW TO BE ANOREXIC. I DO NOT SUPPORT ANOREXIA, HOWEVER THIS ARTICLE WILL TELL THOSE SUFFERING WAYS TO KEEP THEMSELVES AT LEAST SOMEWHAT HEALTHY.

IF YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM ANA, PLEASE GET HELP. ALTHOUGH NO PERSON IN THE WORLD CAN CHANGE YOUR MIND, AT LEAST ATTEMPT TO KEEP YOURSELF SOMEWHAT HEALTHY.

IF YOU ARE FAINTING, OR ARE PUKING UP THICK, YELLOWISH BILE, GO TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY. YOU ARE HAVING KIDNEY FAILURE.

Tip number 1: Drink water every hour of every day. This will keep everything in your body hydrated.

Tip 2: Eat spicy/oriental food. Rice, fish, cabbage. Eat sushi. This is an excellent source of protein and it is very healthy for you. It will boost your metabolism.

Tip 3: DO NOT BINGE, OR YO-YO DIET. This will cause permanent damage-- your breasts will sag, you will get flaps of skin and stretch marks that you don't want. Stick to your routine, and do not change it.

Tip 4: Take cool showers. I've heard this works. It will boost your metabolism as your bodies burn calories to keep your body warm.

Tip 5: Do not eat at night. This may cause a binge, and your body will not be able to burn all the calories off when you sleep.

Tip 6: Drink two cups of coffee in the morning, with a glass of water inbetween. PUT SUGAR IN IT. You MUST have sugar for your body to properly function.  It will help boost metabolism.

Tip 7: Do lot's of yoga. Yoga will improve your circulatory, respiratory and intestinal function. Do at least 20-40 minutes per day.

Tip 8: Reach out to other anorexic women/men. There are support groups online you can join. If you are battling DEPRESSION, then go see a  PSYCHOLOGIST.

Tip 9:  Lastly, be happy with what you are doing. When you look in the mirror, force yourself to think you are thin. Keep it that way. Smile, talk to others, and enjoy the world around you.

Please, do not take this article as a way to become anorexic. I am fully prepared for the backlash I will recieve. This is for those suffering from ana, and this is not something just to take up one day. It is either a lifestyle or a curse. If you are seriously depressed and need help, reach for it.
