You might not believe soup to be an important element in a diet, but it actually
is. Choose fresh ingredients for your soup and avoid adding oil or frying the
veggies first. Use only lean meat for your soup and be sure to add plenty of
fresh herbs, such as parsley for a delicious taste.
Fruits deliver vitamins your body needs during the diet
It is true that, in large quantities, fruits actually add pounds, as they contain
a lot of sugar. But, if you know what kind of fruits to choose, you will
discover that they actually help you to lose weight. A fruit salad containing
fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and grapefruit can
represent the perfect snack. However, you should avoid adding cream or
chocolate mousse into the mix, or you will add on pounds instead of losing
them. Once again, eating the right quantity of fruits is essential, as you want
them to help you burn fat.
