Most people are looking to cut calories these days, especially if they're trying to lose weight. However, for some - getting in more calories is important. Especially for bodybuilders who are trying to add a lot of mass. you might think that increasing your calorie intake is easy, right? That's not necessarily the case. Often, high calorie foods are the least healthy, and eating more of them isn't a great idea.
