Easy home recipes - stuff you'll probably find in your fridge

Now you'll probably have most of this stuff in your fridge so it won't invlove going out and buying loads of weird stuff to make these.

Exfoliation - Mix together a tablespoon of plain yoghurt, a drizzle of honey and a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Rub the mixture all over your face to exfoliate and then rinse well.

Face mask - If you have dry skin, mash up a quarter of an avocado with two tablespoons of honey and an egg yolk. Spread it over your face (avoiding your eyes) and leave for about 15mins before rinsing with warm water.

Eyes - Now I have heard that cutting a fresh fig in half and placing it over your eyes for 15mins helps get rid of dark circles under your eyes.

For tired eyes, put two slices of cucmber over your eyes. To soothe your eyes, soak cotton pads in rose water, milk or aloe vera juice and place over your eyelids.

Hair (conditioning) - For smooth silky hair, beat an egg yolk in a bowl, then mix in a teaspoon of olive oil, drip by drip. Add warm water. After shampooing, spread the mixture evenly over your head and leave for a few minutes before washing it off.

For shiny hair, try rinsing your hair with a flat can of beer once a month. Work it through well before rinsing it out.

Warning: Don't use any food that you are allergic too.
