Some times everything in life is too much.
You just want to curl up in a little ball and go to sleep.
And wake up the next day.
Because everything has gone wrong
But just think of the next good thing you will be doing.
And when you're feeling down
Put on a smile
And think of your next happy good thing.
When you feel like crying.
You don't have to do it around people.
But you might equally want people to comfort you.
So just cry.
And let it all out.
Take deep breaths 1 to 10
And sing the song.
Everything is going to be alright.
