So if you've been rolling along with your weightloss journey and jogging everyday and pumping iron at the gym for a month or however long now, you're probably at that point where you're like "ugh workout? :( do I have to?" especially for those long 30+ minute joggs. So I decided maybe I could help some of you guys out who are looking for some new inspiration, I find just a simple change of the ipod tunes can aid with how good or bad a runs are, here is my workout play list (some of these I just skip past but whatevers!):

If these songs aren't really your style or aren't really helping, try to find songs that get you angry or make you feel sexy, sometimes you're ina different mood and need a hot, steamy, sex song like love,sex, and magic to help you get through your next jog. If that doesn't help, try this great site that is made specifically for people looking for jogging music, and it actually goes by how many heart beats per minute you generate:
*An additional tip for those of you who have something they can watch videos on should watch America's Next Top Model or Gossip Girl, (if on a treadmill), it helps time go by.
