So, I've been a member of this site for a little while and I have a somewhat regular blog discussing weightloss for those who are a little lost on where to start and what to do and though I refer to myself often in my blog discussing what has worked for me in regards to fitness and nutrition, I am really not practicing what I've been preaching :/! I have not been gaining weight however, I've not been losing weight and I need to lose 20 more pounds so I can finish this weightloss journey into the "skinnny zone". I've been trying to lose more weight in the past month but really its not going anywhere, a few pounds here or a few pounds there but nothing serious and truthfully, I gain those few back so like I'm just thinking "wow why did I try in the first place?". So what's different now? Well, I have too much pride to post an article on a site and not follow through with what I'm saying, this holds me accountable to my goal, I'm not one for setting weightloss due dates because they often fail for me but I won't keep this dragging on. You're probs like what does she mean by "the skinny zone?" To me, the "Skinny Zone" is that perfect curvy body where your bust and hips are perfectly defined by your little waist. Its so strange because I feel like I'm starting all over again, like when I was 20 lbs heavier and had no idea of how to go about weightloss. Anyways, enough rambling, let's get down to business:
Currently: I am 145 lbs
For me to consider myself in the "Skinny Zone" I need to be
~have a 25 inch waist
~and manage to maintain a bum no less then 38 inches (mine right now is like 42 inches but it's firm ;) )
In order to hold myself accountable I will be posting a blog every week about my sucess or lack of and why however, for major sucesses or serious pit falls I'll have random posts in between then.
I'm nervous but glad I'm doing this :)
