Well, I'm still eating decently besides a few vacation slips here and there, but I do have a problem with working out. We joined our local gym a few days ago, and I haven't even gone! I feel no motivation at all, as well as my pain in my leg & back are back because I haven't been stretching! I tried doing some yoga by myself for 45 minutes but I used up all the moves in like 15 minutes.
Does anyone have any adivce? Anything that had kept you going strong? I've gone 6 months now, I'm not about to give up. I'm living the healthy lifestyle!
