Breakfast: 1 apple

Day 4:

The fourth-day menu is focused on bananas and milk. The quantity restrictions actually start from this day onward. You’re supposed to eat 8 bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk (skim milk is preferred). The bananas will provide you with potassium and sodium, and you’ll get calcium from the milk.

Breakfast: 1 banana and 1 glass of skim milk

Day 5:

Today is a real treat for non-vegetarian dieters as they can have chicken/beef/fish with tomatoes. You’re allowed to have 6-7 whole tomatoes and two 10 ounce portions of meat. The meat will provide your body with iron and protein. But don’t worry; you don’t have to eat all the meat if you don’t want to. On the other hand, there’s no substitute for the tomatoes, which means you have to eat all of them. They're important for this meal plan because they help in digestion.

Breakfast: braised beef and two sliced tomatoes

Mid-morning snack: turkey patty with a tomato

Lunch: hamburger patty with 1 sliced tomato

Mid-afternoon snack: turkey patty and a tomato

Dinner: hamburger patty with two fresh tomatoes

Day 6:

This day on the meal plan is very similar to day 5. The attention is centered on meat and vegetables again. But, unlike the previous day, now you can skip tomatoes. Vegetarian followers can also replace the meat with cottage cheese and vegetables. By this day, your body will get used to the dietary changes. Day 7:

On the last day of this meal plan, you can eat brown rice and an unlimited amount of vegetables.
