Good for you, but effective!
Everyone wants to lose a few pounds fast, without crash dieting. I recommend a high protein, low carb diet. i.e., meats, fish, eggs, cheese, and greens. There are tons of meal ideas on the web, and my favorites I will be posting later here in my blog. I've lost about 25 lbs. in just under 6 weeks. Crazy, huh? It's really great, because your body turns to protein as it's source for energy. Because of that, it uses the stored fat first, trying to use up all the carbohydrates that are still in your body. So, you lose the weight where you NEED to lose it.
My mother and I are working this together, and we've bost lost about the same amount. With that in mind, I'd estimate that you'd lose about 5 to 6 sizes in 7 weeks, depending on how dedicated you are.
