Even though I am in the health science faulty I am not the fittest girl you would meet. Yoga seemed to demand less energy but help with your flexibilty and core strength. So i got a very good DVD, got all dressed up and was ready to start.
I'll admit I got a bit irritated with the lady telling me to feel the air and such, but i listened and went into the weirdest positions. I lasted for the full hour and a half.
Some of the posititions I could not master ,but I am sure it will improve once i do it more often. And i intend to.
I feel very satisfied with myself and am willing to do it a lot more.
