I'v been drinking green tea for a while now and I feel that I must share my results with you.
The taste takes some getting used to but don't be tempted to add sugar (if you must try honey).
After about a week I noticed that my skin became clearer,brighter and better!!!
It also helped with weight loss and management (in conjunction with a healthy diet).
It helps metabolize food faster and it fights free radicals.
The only downside is that if you drink it at night it can cause insomnia (natural drink for when you have to study at night)
