I recently purchased the Catrice PhotoFinish Liquid Foundation 18h in the shade 040 sun beige. I haven't used their foundations before but I had amazing results with their Allround concealer so I thought I would try one out.
Revlon has a similar product "PhotoReady" and I used both the compact and the liquid. The problem I had with the Revlon one was the 'light reflecting' particles were too visible. I went around with visible glitter like flakes on my face. It looked good at night but it just wasn't practical for day time.
The Catrice foundation also contains light reflecting pigments but they are not visible or glitter like at all.
The colour is perfectly matched to my skin and blends in perfectly. There are no harsh lines or streaking and the finished application looks natural and not like a mask at all, which is common with foundations in this price range.
This is a full coverage foundation. WIth 1 pump you can give your entire face and neck an even coat of product. One coat is enough to even out your skintone and hide imperfections. The foundation can be layered in areas which need more attention.
Every morning, after primer, I apply this foundation. I mix 1 pump of foundation with a little Clarins -Extra firming,Tightening lift Bontanical Serum. Mixing any foundation with a serum improves the condition of your skin and boosts radiance.
