so here's the thing...

okay. so i am 13 years old and i'm 5'6 1/2 and around 123 pounds. i'm very active in soccer and practice 4 times a week. my friends think i have the perfect body and always tell me this. but i personally think that my stomach is not flat enough and my inner thighs are too big. also i think i eat too much. how can i fix all this? any ideas? PLEASE COMMENT, I KNOW PEOPLE ARE READING THIS AND I KNOW THIS SOUNDS DESPERATE BUT I WANT A PERFECT BODY FOR SPRING BREAK/SUMMER.

Hey You do not sound desperate:-) I usually just download youtube videos.Reason being a lot of these videos are FUN! I have a few dance DVDs which I bought and I think that they really fun to do as well and they work! Just search 'Flatter tummy and Thinner thighs" into Youtube. Or search TONE IT UP or THE SARAH FIT SHOW
