A tincture is a liquid extract of herbal and plant materials and it is intended to be used orally. The bottle has a dropper top which makes it easy to measure the amount in a precise manner. There is a recommendation on the serving size by the manufacturer but it will be better to experiment since it is not the perfect serving size for everyone.

You may also use hemp instead of breadcrumbs for coating fish or chicken. When the powder is blended with water, it makes hemp seed milk or it can make a condiment.
