My name's courtney, I love to write and hope to be a journalist one day. My favorite things are bright colors, sunny days, sleep, banana pudding, painting my nails, web surfing, reading, and shopping. I'm twenty three and work for the government during the week and a department store on the weekends.More saduisahduiash dsau

The Ten Commandments of a Healthy Face and Skin

Only wash your face to get the oil, dirt, and makeup off.

Too mush washing is not good for your face and will make it feel too tight. Twice a day is the maximum!

2. Always Always keep and spf 15 or higher sunscreen/moisturizer on your face! Not wearing it is like not wearing deoderant.

3. You dont have to use eye cream for your eyes-regular cream is just as good

4. Always moisturize-it's better to overmoisturize than overdry your face. One with antioxidants help protect your skin too.

5. Your anti-aging cream should have retinoids in it for the best results

6. Creams with vitamins and antioxidants in them should be applied to your face first so the good stuff is able to soak into your face

7. You dont need a huge slather of product on your face to make it work. Your face is not a cake to frost

8. Exfoliate skin once a week no more no less so the dead skin cells are gently scrubbed away and the moisturizers and other products can soak into your face better.

9. Give a product up to six weeks to work-be patient!

10. Dont pick your pimples and blackheads unless they are really ready to be popped-then use a zit cream on it to help dry it out.
