I've seen multiple questions about diets and such.
Ladies. Stop focusing on the diet and focus more one the working out and eating healthy.
Diets in my opinion are more for the over weight.
You ladies are not. over. weight.
You say your this tall and weigh this much.
How much you weigh doesn't matter.
Try how much muscle mass you have.
How much fat is really on your body if you think of it.
Muscle weighs more than fat so screw the scale.
Look in the mirror.
Flex your muscles.
How much fat is REALLY there?
I'm seriously begging. Don't think about dieting. at all. Don't worry about it.
Eat healthy foods.
