The acne market is flooded with high price products that claim to rid your body of acne. Of course, many of these products work - but they are expensive. What if I could give you a simple method that would dramatically improve the health of your skin while never requiring you to spend money on expensive products again? I’m about to do that right now!
Step 1: Every 36 days our skin replaces itself! It replaces itself with epithelium cells manufactured from the foods we eat. Everyone has heard that eating greasy food and chocolate adds to acne; but in reality this advice is over simplified. Avoid or limit these foods: coffee. tea, SOFT DRINKS, fried food! This is as simple as avoiding McDonalds. Increase the consumption of the following: tomatoes, carrot juice, fresh lime, and water! Treat this as a workout and schedule time everyday to consume these foods. Your success is up to you!
Step 2: Avoid certain pore-clogging cosmetic products. Only buy products labeled “oil-free” or “non-comedogenic.” Always check labels and avoid products labeled with mineral oils, isopropyl, D&C red pigments, synthetic lanolins, butyl stearate, and octal palmitate. Memorize these words and check for them before purchasing anything else!
Step 3: Next time you’re shopping for face cleaners, look for products with these ingredients: Salicylic Acid, retinoid, antibiotics, anti-androgens, isotretinion, and benzoyl peroxide. Many high price products contain all of these - BUT, check out the cheaper products as many of them also contain the same ingredients! These are simple ingredients that have proven to help fight acne.
These 3 simple steps WILL dramatically increase the overall health and appearance of your skin in a short time span. However, you must follow these steps rigorously to find success. I know this has less to do with acne and more to do with taking charge of your life. The time is now, take charge!
