When you suffer from painful bunions and deformed feet and/or toes, you might wonder if you are the only one that has this problem. You don’t need to wonder anymore because even your favorite celebrities also experience such problems from time to time. They might wear designer clothes with very expensive shoes, yet, they have bunions, as well as other foot problems.

High heels can place more than required pressure on the toes. The force that is transferred onto the foot’s front part or toes exceeds normal limits. This may lead to a painful and discomfort condition namely plantar fasciitis over the long run.

While Beyoncé was pregnant it didn’t stop her from wearing that favorite footwear she loves so much, including her towering platforms and pumps. You might think it look so easy, but by wearing such very high heels during pregnancy, doesn’t provide foot health and proper support to the body needs. You will feel all that extra weight and it can cause more strain on the arches and stretch them. This can also increase your chances to trip and fall it the design is not right.

Rihanna is known to wear very high stilettos when she goes onto the red carpet, but she makes very poor decisions where it comes to her shoes. These can lead to different problems like bunions, stress fractures, lower back pain, and sprains. Even with -five-inch-high-heels, it might cause harsh health conditions.

It’s important that women stretch their plantar fascia and calves every day. Women also need to diverge in different heights of their heels in order to reduce any stress that is placed on their joints or their ankles and feet.

Non-celebs need to learn from their idols

To wear shoes that don’t provide the support you need or when it’s too tight is bound to create certain problems for the future. Sarah Jessica Parker admitted during an interview, that because of her poor choices in shoes over the years, it has left her with feet that are in very bad shape.

So, it’s good to make certain choices in fashion, but keep in mind that you need to think of your health and feet for the future. This should also be started at a young age with women.

Feet might change in shape and size as women reach adulthood, which can generally be caused due to weight fluctuations, hormones, and age. You need to take care of your feet’s health and make wise decisions about the shoes you want to wear.
