6 Tips to Plan a Barbeque Party with Friends

As the summer heats up, most of you must be thinking of
heating up the barbecue too. What’s more fun than calling some of your best
friends for a cookout on a bright sunny afternoon, or a picnic under the stars?
A plan worth considering!

However, making arrangements for a barbecue party is easy
said than done, from grilling essentials to table setting, everything should be
in place to host a memorable bash. Scroll down to check the top five tips to
plan a barbecue party with friends:

A cookout means flipping patties over the grills, sausages,
ribs, and the chicken rolls. People attend barbecue parties with a big
expectation of getting delectable appetizers, so strike the right chord by
planning a menu that suits everyone’s taste buds. For instance, if a friend in
your group is not a meat lover, then have things like Veg rolls and burgers to
make him feel his individuality.  And, if
you want to spruce up the bash; ask your buddies to help you with grilling, as
this will make the whole event informal, and mood lighter for friends chat.

1.      Drinks

Your outdoor cookout will be an unfinished affair if the menu
doesn’t list some of best wine bottles. Barbeque party and beer go together
like French fries and tomato sauce, or like ice-cream and the cone. So, breathe
life into your party by calling a professional bartender, or do it yourself, if
you got the skills and the knowledge to craft lip-smacking drinks. And, don’t forget the kids at your
event; summer drinks should appear in your list to keep them going.

2.      Music

Special moments at the parties don’t happen by chance; they
need the right rocking background music to get the feet moving, and when feet
moves parties tends to go another level of enthusiasm and excitement. You can
either call an entrainment unit, or become a DJ of your barbecue party, and
play tunes that can mesmerize all your invitees so that they can thank out of
your party with a big smile.

3.      A clean outdoor space

This tip is of paramount importance, after all, outdoor space
is the place where you’re going to host the party, and you can’t welcome guests
at the party venue with dried leaves, barks, or dirty place, spread all over
the garden. Do the boring day long job to make your garden clutter free from
each and every corner. And, then take out the light furniture from your living
space into the backyard to ample setting for your guests to relax and enjoy the

4.      Games

Barbecue parties are not only about drinks and meat;
activities like Horseshoes, bocce, and croquet play a critical role in
maintaining the spirit of excitement among your guests. Have a prize for every
game. And, ask your guests to suggest games.

5.      Desert

A vanilla cake is incomplete without a bright red cherry on
the top, so is barbecue party devoid of sundae fest. Remind your guests to save
some space in their stomach for dessert, and wow them with the ultimate sundae
bar. Ice cream tastes best after a sweating day in the sun, and even more if it
has the delicious toppings, the sprinkles on it. Set up a topping setting to
level your guests to customize their sundae as per their taste buds.  Avoid a literal melt-down by placing the ice
cream in the freezer top, and until the sun has gone down.

The above six tips are effective yet easy to
implement at your event to make the whole event memorable for many years to
come by.
