Homemade conditioning

Coconut and Honey Conditioning

It was demonstrated that coconut oil has a miraculous effect on skin
as well as hair. African-American hair is more prone to becoming
fragile and dehydrated, that’s why it is very important to treat it

The following mask will protect and hydrate your hair:

Take a large bowl, pour in it a little of your regular conditioner then add some honey and finally coconut milk to it.

Leave the mixture cool down, for 2 days in the refrigerator. It will
solidify and you will be able to apply it to your hair more easily.
Begin massaging it into your scalp with the tip of your fingers, leave
it for 40-45 minutes then rinse it off. Repeat the process every two

Olive Oil and Honey

We already know that these ingredients paired or on their own can do
magic for our body. Hair is not an exception either, the benefit of
this conditioning treatment will be immediately visible.

Mix in a little bowl 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of
honey. Use the microwave to melt the mixture, then apply it to your
hair. For half an hour cover your strands with a warm towel, when time
is up wash it off with shampoo.

The honey will condition your hair while the olive oil will give natural shine to your strands.
