putting your hair in a ponytail (not super tight) can help stimulate the folicles
combing/brushing your hair a few times a day can also help
you can always try to put it in a pony and use clips or a headband to hold back all the shorter pieces
give your head a good massage in the shower when you use your shampoo and conditioner
try to refrain from drying or applying heat to your hair if you can
if you can't always use a heat protectant spray or syrum
