if you do the tention thing you can tighten up your muscles
all day during school you tighten and hold your muscles for a few seconds to a few mins then you release and relax then just do it again. when ever you think about it do it. you don't have to do it all the time to work
but it did help me tighten my belly back in school
there is no fast way to tone anything
but i will say if you do the tension thing where you try to hold those muscles in your stomach taunt during the day. (tighten release as you think of it and hold for at least 10seconds) after about a week of that usually your muscles will start to do it on their own because it's the lazy girls way of toning up
ps remember dont just suck it in actually tighten the muscles you can feel the difference there are 3 sections of muscles in your tummy the top right under your ribs the middle around your belly button. and the lower below your belly button
