Name's Mai and I'm a horrible person.

Eating is my exceptional hobby. :D I always starve after five minutes eating my food. That is why it's exceptional. :D Watching movies at home or at cinemas with my FRIENDS are one of my favorite entertainment in LIFE.

I study and will study again after finishing my first degree, which is AB Communication Arts and will take Medical Transcription after that.

Mashed Potatoes & Carrots

Who would believe that a mashed potatoes and carrots is one of the reason how I got 29 inch from 34 inch waist line.


I call these food a "baby food".


Before, I had a 34 inch measurement in my waist last month or one and a half month. Ever since my mom left, I never had the apetite to eat heavy foods. Like viands with rice and then dessert after a meal. And besides, I have to budget my money. 


I come up with a new recipe. Well, actually its my mom's recipe. During my childhood days, my mom would make me this baby food whenever I have fever or cough (when you're sick, you don't feel like eating sometimes, yeah?).


So, I started eating this baby food since last month. And the weird thing is that I never had enough of the taste? I mean, I still love the baby food. Even if I serve myself like a big plate of baby food, I still love eating it. And then my friends are starting to see the difference in my waist. They notice that my face is shrinking. I mean, there's no double chin anymore. Haha! Then my uniforms that I use in my university are getting loser and loser.


This is my routine with the baby food:

Any food. As long as there's no rice. Or just eat little.



I don't eat dinner anymore. 'Coz my mom's not here. :(


So, I think you guys can predict the reason why I lose so much fats. Because I eat only little food. And going to school is my exercise. I have to walk like two blocks away from the station and have to walk up the stairs coz our classroom is always located on the third floor.


I guess I really have nothing to do right now that's why I posted this article. I didn't post this to help you lose fats. Well, I'm not being mean. But I don't wanna be the reason why you guys get faint during daytime or whatsoever. But you can do this if you want. Just don't blame me if something went wrong on you. :D Kidding. 


I did this because I wanna share you guys what I've been up to for my diet. Then leave a comment down there if you think I should stop this or if I should eat more healthy foods. Suggestions would be nice. :D
