Yesterday I was at CVS and in the nail polish//makeup area. I saw something that caught my eye; the Sally Hansen Nail Art Pen! I thought it was a very good idea and it looked like it would work considering it was $8. So I bought one in the color Hot Pink. Almost as soon as I got home I decided to do a french tip with it. I put on a clear coat first and then let that dry. And then I put on the water-based contents of the pen. Note: this is NOT nail polish inside. It is more of an ink. I thought it was very easy to apply and my clear coat didnt rub off! I let it dry (It drys very quick) and then put on a layer of top coat. A tiny bit would rub off after at least 5 minutes. When I woke up this morning I noticed a lot has chipped off! I looked at the pen and read that it is only 2 ml of ink in it! My smallest bottle of nail polish has 9 ml of nail polish in it so I was VERY disappointed to find this out. Plus, I believe this pen come in 8 different colors. To buy all 8 you would be spending $64 which is SUCH a rip-off. I give this product 2 stars.
